Tucked away in a valley in the sierras de Cádiz, near to one of the famous pueblos blancos [white villages] is the farmhouse and workshops of 'Artesanía del Prado' [which loosely translated would mean Art from the Meadows].
Here you will find Elizabeth Aylmer and Jenny Stock, who left the UK several years ago to settle in Andalucía, producing hand thrown pottery and fused and slumped glass.
Olvera is located in the Cadiz mountains of Andalucia, at the meeting point of Cadiz, Malaga and Sevilla provinces. Artesanía del Prado is just 1.5km from this 'King of the Pueblos Blancos'.
